What is mygridclub.com/store’s Refund policy?

We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely headache-free shopping experience.

We assure you that all products sold on mygridclub.com/store are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’ Refund promise has got you covered.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the purchase has been sent.

RTO charges will be borne by the buyer and same shall be liable to be deducted (including shipping and tax) from final refund amount

Possible resolution could be Refund, backed by the 10 Days 

Can I cancel an order mygridclub.com/store?

There will be no cancellations or returns on orders that have already been placed.

When are Refunds provided?

Refunds are issued when

– In the event that a product is damaged, the buyer must submit accurate order information as well as photographs of the damaged goods.

I’ve still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

What are the modes of refund available after refund is intatited?

There are two modes of refund:

  • UPI  – If you choose this option, the amount will be transferred to UPI account
  • Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

Once you have requested the refund of item(s) in your order,mygridclub.com/store will initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
